The proposed farm labor camp
is located on the south side of Harney Lane, approximately '-4 mile
east of Tully Road, east of Lodi .
The Community Development has reviewed the pre-application and
offers the following comments :
In general, the application and site plan do not provide enough
information to get a clear understanding of the proposed use.
When the full application is submitted, the application should
contain an operating description and revised Site Plan that
includes the following information, at a minimum.
1 . Number of children expected as residents .
2 . Location of children' s play areas and any provisions on site
for day care.
3 . Details of a typical housing unit, including floor plan and
elevation.
4 . Dimensions of access drives, aisles, and typical parking
space .
5 . Details of perimeter fencing, any other fencing on site, and
perimeter landscaping.
6 . Location of any security lighting and parking lot lighting.
