They were
hired by Paul and Lois Ford of Villa Cerezos Mobile Home Park to solve a complex sewage
failure. I believe this was the first of their Bio-Raptor Adapted Treatment facilities to be
approved and installed under a San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division Permit.
Since this installation, I believe we have not had any complaints on this facility.
North Valley School, located at 12755 North Highway 88, also hired the 7-H Group to solve
their continued package treatment plant and leach field failures. After submittal of engineered
plans for their Bio-Raptor and leach-field modification, this new design was approved by Mike
Huggins, Supervising Registered Environmental Health Specialist and Registered Dairy
Inspector of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division in September 1999. This site
has no complaints and has been inspected twice since installment with no violations.
The 7-H Group has worked on other Sewage Package Treatment facilities under our inspection
and have shown excellent results. Mr. Rios' consultant has proposed using 7-H for their
wastewater treatment and disposal facility, and Environmental Health Division would support
this proposal provided they met all our division's other conditions. If you have any questions,
please contact Mike Huggins, Supervising R.E.H.S., R.D.I. (209) 468-3437.
Karen Furst, M.D., M.P.H.
Health Officer
Mike Huggins, Supervising R.E.H.S., R.D.I.
Environmental Health Division
MH:cf
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
