Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least
60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to
operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San
Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.).
The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to
assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San
Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title
22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570.
NOTE: Environmental Health Division cannot support using the existing irrigation well for
domestic purposes.
D. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage
disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach
field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage
area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot
contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-
1110.4(c)(5))
