Provide 200ppm QUAT in sanitizing solution in all food prep stations today. Corrected on site. <br />Newly hired employee does not know how to set a sanitizer bucket. I coach employee how to set the sanitizer bucket and <br />the importance of set it up. <br />Prep table by the Deli Meat slicer, has food debris. Sanitize food prep surfaces today. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
