Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 100 F <br /> minimum. Cease this practice immediately <br /> and do all food prep in the kitchen to protect food from contamination. <br /> Observed raw meat stored over produce in walk-in. Store raw meat under or separate from non raw food items. Correct <br /> immediately. <br /> Observed uncovered food items in kitchen coolers and walk-in cooler. Cover food items immediately to protect from <br /> contamination. <br /> Observed debris on ice machine deflector plate.
