S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> WATERLOO LIQUOR 2512 E WATERLOO RD, STOCKTON March 30, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing waste fuel had a hazardous waste label missing the contents and <br /> hazardous property. <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing fuel contaminated debris and fuel filters had an illegible hazardous waste <br /> missing the facility name and address, contents, hazardous property, and accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Manager Fong Chea writing the <br /> correct information on the labels. No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The violation written during the inspection was corrected on site. <br /> Wastes generated by this facility: waste fuel, fuel contaminated debris, fuel filters <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
