b. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) c. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department (EHD) at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12) Note: The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed a surface and subsurface contamination report(SR0085106)dated April 5, 2022, and has found that the report meets the requirements of San Joaquin County Code Title 9, section 9-905.12(a). b. A soil suitability and nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the EHD, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage.The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to approval of a parcel or final map.
