NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FORMATION OF <br /> COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 40, FAIRCHILD INDUSTRIAL <br /> PARK, AND ADOPTION OF SPHERE OF INFLUENCE <br /> (LAFC 23-85) <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Friday, October 18, 1985, at <br /> 2: 00 P.M. in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors on the 7th <br /> floor of the County Courthouse, 222 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California, the Local Agency Formation Commission of San�aJoaquin <br /> County will hold a public hearing on the above entitled matter. <br /> The proposal would form a County Service Area to maintain <br /> storm drainage, street lighting, and a water system for fire pro- <br /> tection for the 100 acre Fairchild Industrial Park. The property <br /> is located on the south side of. Waterloo Road (Highway 88) at the <br /> intersection of Fairchild Lane, and extending southerly to Arata <br /> Road, east of Stockton. Maps and boundary descriptions of the <br /> affected territory are available on request from the LAFC Executive <br /> Officer, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205. <br /> It is within the jurisdiction of the Commission to approve or <br /> disapprove the proposal or to amend it by adding or deleting terri- <br /> tory for the purpose of encouraging orderly development of local <br /> governmental agencies. The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, <br /> as lead agency, adopted an Environmental Impact Report for the pro- <br /> posed development upon granting zoning and subdivision for the <br /> proposal. <br /> All interested persons may appear at said hearing and present <br /> their views on any matter relating to the proposal at that time. <br /> --GERALD F.
