The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for MARCH AND BIANCHI CHEVRON as of Augustl6 , 2022 . Open violations from November 30, 2021 inspection Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. OBSERVATION A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan . /The site map is incomplete . The map did not show/address : 1 . Loading areas . 2 . Internal roads . 3 . Adjacent streets . If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as ' NA' , or include a statement on the map that says the element is not on site. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Asite map shall contain a north orientation , loading areas , internal roads , adjacent streets , storm and sewer drains , access and exit points , emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas , hazardous material handling and storage areas , and emergency response equipment.
