The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for BOURBEAU RANCH 1 as of June 24, 2022. Open violations from May 06, 2022 inspection Violation#12-Failed to have the HMBP readily available to facility or EHD personnel. OBSERVATION: Facility does not have a copy of the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information on-site. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#16-Failed to electronically submit ER plan when not meeting Ag handler exemption requirements. OBSERVATION: This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response (ER)procedures in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).The ER plan is not available on-site or in CERS. REGULATION GUIDANCE: To meet this exemption, a farming business shall: -annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory -mark each building that stores any pesticides, petroleum fuels and oil, or fertilizers with warning signs -provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material. CORRECTIVE ACTION(S): Immediately take all steps to meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response procedures, or log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Page 3 of 4
