The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for BOURBEAU RANCH 1 as of June 24, 2022. <br /> Open violations from May 06, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation#12-Failed to have the HMBP readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> OBSERVATION: Facility does not have a copy of the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information <br /> on-site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required <br /> by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br /> unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#16-Failed to electronically submit ER plan when not meeting Ag handler exemption <br /> requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response <br /> (ER)procedures in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).The ER plan is not available on-site or <br /> in CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: To meet this exemption, a farming business shall: <br /> -annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory <br /> -mark each building that stores any pesticides, petroleum fuels and oil, or fertilizers with warning signs <br /> -provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION(S): Immediately take all steps to meet the requirements for exemption from filing <br /> emergency response procedures, or log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload emergency <br /> response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
