Walter E. Curtis
Civil Engineer
CE # 11584
418 Matthew Plaza
Lodi , California 95240
Phone: (209) 368-4159
San Joaquin Local Health District
Environmental Health Division
Subject: Percolation Tests (Parcel Map No. MS-88-41 , Parcel A)
Submitted for your review is the result of one percolation test performed
on the Winston Baker property located at 8300 Linne Road in the city of Tracy,
State of California, in San Joaquin County.
The planned development proposes to separate out Parcel A, 1 .5 Acres, from
a larger 20 acre agricultural parcel for a homesite. The test was performed in
accordance with the percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual of Septic
Tank Practice" , published by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare,
and per requirements of the San Joaquin County Health District.
Engineer's Certificate:
On December 13 and 14, 1988, one percolation test was performed on the above
referenced property under my direction in conformance with San Joaquin Ordinance
No. 549. The approximate location of the percolation test hole is shown on the
accompanying Parcel Detail Map.
A percolation rate of 40 minutes per inch is the result of the percolation
test and a 10,000 minimum usable sewage disposal area is recommended for Parcel A.
