CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-54 <br /> YEE <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the submittal of the Parcel Map to the <br /> County Surveyor . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . A five (5 ) foot wide roadway dedication is required on <br /> Valpico Road along the frontage of Parcel A and the 296 foot <br /> portion of Parcel B . Also a 30' x 30' road return (snipe) , <br /> with a five ( 5) foot leg for ultimate width at the southwest <br /> corner of Valpico Road — Corral Hollow Road intersection , is <br /> required . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordiance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test , soil profile , and a minimum sewage <br /> disposal area are required for Local Health District <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation test from the Health <br /> District is required . <br />
