. r <br /> ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR <br /> HOMESITE PARCELS UNDER WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT <br /> If the parcel to be divided is under a Williamson Act contract, <br /> the homesite parcel being created shall be subject to the <br /> following additional requirements : <br /> (A) If the purpose of the homsesite parcel is to finance a resi- <br /> dence for the owner-operator , the owner-operator shall have <br /> served a written Notice of Nonrenewal on the County, as pro- <br /> vided for in Section 9-2353 , and, as a result of that <br /> Notice, there shall be no more than three ( 3 ) years <br /> remaining in the term of the contract; <br /> (B ) If the purpose of the homesite parcel is to finance a resi- <br /> dence for a member of the family, a written agreement for <br /> joint management of the homesite parcel and the remainder <br /> parcel shall be executed between the owner-operator and the <br /> family member pursuant to Section 51230 .1 of the Government <br /> Code. The parcels which are jointly managed shall total at <br /> least forty ( 40 ) acres in size in the case of land which is <br /> not prime agriucltural land; <br /> (C ) If the purpose of the homesite parcel is to refinance a <br /> residence for the owner-operator to retain his residence and <br /> to sell the remainder parcel, the owner-operator shall have <br /> owned the property for ten ( 10 ) years and the residence <br /> shall have existed on the property for five (5 ) years . The <br /> remainder parcel shall total at least forty ' (40 ) acres in <br /> size in the case of land which is not prime agricultural <br /> land. <br /> Minor Sub.
