Box 26210 <br />Oklahoma City, OK 73126 <br />Re: Southeast Corner of Jack Tone Road and Santos Road <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health <br />Division (EHD) has performed a preliminary review of your <br />submittal for application to install underground storage tanks <br />at the above referenced site. <br />Please submit the following documentation prior to issuance of a <br />permit: <br />Please submit complete and accurate bouyancy calculations <br />for each of the tanks to be installed. The bouyancy <br />calculations must have an engineer's or architect's wet <br />stamp. <br />On page 4 of the application, please submit all of the <br />contractor information required. If a contractor has not <br />yet been selected, please provide PHS-EHD a list of <br />contractors that will be considered. The list should <br />include all information required on the application. <br />On page 5, number 13A, please specify what testing <br />procedures will be used to test the tanks. <br />On page 7 of the installation application, please provide <br />the manufacturer of the overspill containers to be used <br />on this installation. Please submit a specification <br />sheet for the overspill containers. <br />On page 7, number 17(3)(1) is marked as the overfill <br />method. Please submit an addendum to the plans with the <br />necessary specification sheets to identify how the flow <br />to the tank will be restricted at 90% full or how the <br />transfer operator will know if there is an audible or <br />visual alarm at 90% full. <br />On page 8, please specify what leak detectors will be <br />used for item (F). <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
