CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-63 <br /> JOHN VAN RUITEN <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are <br /> required for Health District approval . A permit for the <br /> percolation test from the Health District is required on <br /> Parcels A and B . <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Health District on Parcels <br /> A and B is required . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A Notice of Nonrenewal of the Williamson Act Contract shall <br /> be filed on Parcels A and B . A recorded copy of this Notice <br /> with all required signatures shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division. <br /> 2 . A Joint Management Agreement between the homesite parcel and <br /> the remainder shall be executed between the owner—operator <br /> and the benefiting family member . A recorded copy of the <br /> executed agreement shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Department . <br />
