The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for MARCH AND BIANCHI CHEVRON as of August16 , 2022 . Open violations from November 30, 2021 inspection Violation #117 - Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. OBSERVATION This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 11/21 /2018 within 30 days . The report was delivered to the business on 11 /21 /2018 . REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to subdivision (a ) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require , which shall include a statement documenting corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency , the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department , requires response within 30 days . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on -site with no accumulation start date : Two 55 gallon black steel drums of hazardous waste liquid/solid was observed in the dumpster area with no accumulation start date therefore could not be determined how long they were on site . REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations .
