CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-73 <br /> TERRY SHELTON <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . A five-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Windsor <br /> Avenue along the frontage of Parcel "C" . <br /> 3 . The frontage improvements for Windsor Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance to County Standards for one-half <br /> of a 50-foot right-of-way street . The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the <br /> Department of Public Works , in which event the owners shall <br /> execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of a Building <br /> Permit . <br /> 4 . Application shall be made to segregate the East Stockton <br /> Sewer Project assessment for the property. <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A note shall be placed on the Parcel Map stating : <br /> "The driveway centerline for Parcel C should be aligned with <br /> the centerline of Osborn Avenue . " <br /> NOTE : Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits . Contact the Stockton <br /> School District for specific fee requirements . <br />
