CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-77 <br /> ERNEST J . POMBO <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . Proof of legal access to all parcels shall be provided . <br /> 3 . The private right-of-way shall be improved with a minimum of <br /> six ( 6 ) inches of aggregate base for a width of sixteen ( 16 ) <br /> feet in accordance with Board of Supervisors Resolution <br /> R-85-643 , from Lammers Road to that portion of Parcel C <br /> served by the private right-of-way , and shall terminate with <br /> a fifty ( 50) foot radius cul-de-sac. The private road shall <br /> be chip sealed . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test , soil profile , and a minimum sewage <br /> disposal area are required for Local Health District <br /> approval on Parcels A and C . A permit for the percolation <br /> test from the Health District is required . <br />
