LOCAL, HEALTH DISTRICT: <br /> ° Ordinance Requirements : <br /> a. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District . This well <br /> must be located a minimum of 150 feet from any proposed <br /> sewage seepage pits . Show distances on the improvement <br /> plan. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. The sewage disposal system is to be shown on <br /> the improvement plan and is to have two 1200-gallon sep- <br /> tic tanks discharging into a common disposal field with <br /> three 100-foot leach lines, three 42-inch seepage pits, <br /> and a 100 percent replacement area. <br />
