Show distances on the improvement plan. b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Health District prior to occupancy. The sewage disposal system is to be shown on the improvement plan and is to have two 1200-gallon sep- tic tanks discharging into a common disposal field with three 100-foot leach lines, three 42-inch seepage pits, and a 100 percent replacement area.
