Hazelton Ave. <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Dear Ms. Hudson: <br />AGRICULTURAL WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT VARIANCE FOR SAN <br />JOAQUIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS PROPOSED FOR <br />AUGUST 26, 1994. <br />The Department of Toxic Substances Control (Department) has received your <br />application dated August 4, 1994 for a permit variance to conduct a one day Agricultural <br />Chemical Collection Program at Linden High School, located at 18527 East Front Street, <br />Linden, California and hereby grants this variance. This variance allows you to accept <br />manifested agricultural chemical waste at the collection site between the hours of 9:00 a.m. <br />and 3:00 p.m. on August 26, 1994. <br />Your application packet of August 4, 1994, incorporated herein by reference, provided <br />the adequate information for this office to grant this variance pursuant to Health and Safety <br />Code, Section 25143 (a) (2) (A). <br />The San Joaquin County Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division, <br />contact person, Alison Hudson, telephone number (209) 468-3066, will be the operator and <br />agency sponsor of this project. <br />Burlington Environmental, 5901 Christie Ave, Suite 501, Emeryville, California, <br />contact person, Janice Oldemeyer, telephone number (510) 420-7920 will provide qualified <br />personnel to collect, sort, manifest, and package the waste brought to the site, in <br />environmentally safe and appropriately labeled containers in accordance with Department of <br />Transportation (DOT) standards. <br />i�J <br />
