FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS <br />Description of physical characteristics and chemical composition of the hazardous waste to <br />which this variance applies. This variance will apply to participants in the agricultural used oil <br />collection program (a.k.a. agricultural waste oil collection program). The agricultural used oil <br />will be generated by privately owned agricultural operations from within San Joaquin County. <br />The variance will allow these participants to transport not more than 55 gallons of self -generated <br />used oil, not mixed with any other hazardous waste, to one of the several equipped locations <br />identified in Section C. The variance will apply only to the generators or employees transporting <br />the oil in a vehicle owned by the generator. No other hazardous waste shall be shipped under <br />this variance. <br />
