Box 1810 <br />Stockton California 95203 <br />VARIANCE RENEWAL FOR SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY'S AGRICULTURAL WASTE <br />OIL COLLECTION PROGRAM - V96HQSCD070R2 <br />Dear Ms. Hudson: <br />This variance renewal is in response to San Joaquin County's request received May 3, <br />1999. The current variance authorizes San Joaquin County's participating agricultural used oil <br />generators to transport up to 55 gallons of used oil to specified collection sites within San <br />Joaquin County. <br />The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has completed its review of your <br />request for renewal. DTSC is granting the variance renewal to the San Joaquin County subject to <br />the continuing conditions and limitations set forth in the attached variance. Sites included in this <br />variance include: <br />Woolsey Oil, Inc., 930 East Victor Road, Lodi <br />Woolsey Oil, Inc., 166 Frank West Circle, Stockton <br />Wright's Petroleum, 1512 Weiss Way, Escalon <br />Van De Pol Enterprises, Inc, 1001 West Charter Way, Stockton <br />Moore Petroleum Company, 5491 West "F" Street, Banta <br />Olympian MBP, 2191 Navy Drive in Stockton, <br />Stockton Petroleum, 1905 Navy Drive in Stockton <br />E.F. Kludt & Sons, 1126 E. Pine Street in Lodi. <br />Pursuant to Health and Safety Code (HSC), section 25205.3, household hazardous waste <br />collection facilities operated by local government agencies are exempt from all fees imposed by <br />HSC Article 9.1.
