MSE Environmental, Inc. carries all the necessary insurance for the transportation of <br />collected wastes and has named the County of Stockton as an additional insured. A copy <br />of MSE's insurance certification is attached. <br />10. All waste will be transported utilizing a hazardous waste manifest or bill of lading in <br />accordance with all applicable State and Federal regulations. <br />11. Motor Oil, Antifreeze, Latex Paint, Oil base paint and flammable liquids may be <br />bulked on site utilizing appropriate safety measures.
