Pacific Gas and Plan Review Team PGEPIanReview@pge.com
Electric Company Land Management
August 16, 2022
Alisa Goulart
San Joaquin County
1810 E Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Re: PA-1900286
2974 Wilcox Road, Stockton, CA 95215
Dear Alisa:
Thank you forgiving us the opportunity to review the subject plans. The proposed PA-1900286
is within the same vicinity of PG&E's existing facilities that impact this property.
PG&E holds a 10' easement for the existing overhead electric pole line along the southwesterly
property line of APN: 087-100-72 for 545' from the southwesterly corner of the property. Said
easement provides PG&E the right of ingress and egress to the easement area. PG&E must be
able to access its easement and facilities through all fences erected over the project area. PG&E
must be able to drive around the proposed stormwater basin to its easement and must be able to
exit or turn around to leave the proposed basin area. Additionally, the plans indicate landscaping
to be proposed within PG&E's easement area. PG&E's easement provides PG&E the right to
trim and clear away or otherwise control any trees or brush along the easement area. PG&E
recommends only low shrubs or grasses are planted in this area, otherwise, no landscaping
should be planted.
Please contact the Building and Renovation Center (BRSC) for facility map requests by calling
1-877-743-7782 and PG&E's Service Planning department at www.lige.com/cco for any
modification or relocation requests, or for any additional services you may require.
As a reminder, before any digging or excavation occurs, please contact Underground Service
Alert (USA) by dialing 811 a minimum of 2 working days prior to commencing any work. This
free and independent service will ensure that all existing underground utilities are identified and
marked on-site.
If you have any questions regarding our response, please contact me at .IUStill.Newell up#;e.com.
Sincerely,
Justin Newell
Land Management
916-594-4068
PG&E Gas and Electric Facilities Page 1
Public
