The documentation will be <br />developed and compiled by a qualified environmental professional. Reporting and <br />documentation will include the following: <br /> <br />• Observation and documentation of removal of waste <br /> <br />• Verification sampling and stockpiled waste sampling <br /> <br />• Analytical laboratory test results <br /> <br />• Interpretation of verification sampling test results <br /> <br />• Interpretation of stockpiled waste sampling results and evaluation for onsite reuse <br /> <br />• Documentation verifying the final disposition of all waste. <br /> <br />• Documentation, including manifests, for any wastes removed from the property for <br />offsite disposal <br /> <br />• A statement certifying the chemicals of concern concentration levels in remaining onsite <br />target media are either at or below the cleanup limits established for the project <br /> <br />• Documentation of the activities that have occurred, verification of completion of the <br />clean closure activities as approved in the Clean Closure Plan, and confirmation that no <br />post-closure maintenance plan is warranted or required <br /> <br />The documentation outlined above will be included in a final Verification Report. <br /> <br /> <br />8.0 CHANGES OR REVISIONS TO THIS PLAN <br /> <br />The waste management procedures presented in this plan have been developed considering the <br />available information and potential future activities that could engage/disturb residual wastes at <br />the subject property. Should information regarding site conditions change, or if planned site <br />activities are different than those described herein, this document will be revised accordingly. <br />Any revisions to this EMMP should be submitted to the applicable oversight regulatory agencies <br />for review and approval. <br />
