These soil screening levels were used in the EMMP <br />for remediation of WU1 on Parcel B and in the WU1 Plan Addendum for remediation of the <br />WU1 Sliver on the Site. Therefore, these soil screening levels are also adopted for use during <br />Site redevelopment activities for the remainder of the Site. <br />• Arsenic: <br />o Established site-specific background arsenic concentration of 8.6 milligrams per <br />kilogram (“mg/kg”). <br />• TPH: <br />o San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (“SFRWQCB”) <br />Environmental Screening Levels (“ESLs”) for soil for commercial/industrial land <br />use (SFRWQCB, 2019)
