3

This SWPPP is required to be filed electronically to the SWRCB and will be uploaded to the
SMARTS website upon its completion to be included with the PRDs. This SWPPP must be re-filed
after any future updates or amendments to the document.
SECTION 1.3 - SWPPP AVAILABILITY AND IMPLEMENTATION

The General Permit (Section XIV.C) requires the SWPPP be available at the construction site during
working hours while construction occurring and shall be made available upon request by a State or
Municipal inspector. When the original SWPPP is retained by a crewmember in a construction
vehicle and is not currently at the construction site, current copies of the BMPs and map/drawing
will be left with the field crew and the original SWPPP shall be made available via a request by
radio/telephone. The SWPPP shall be implemented concurrently with the start of ground
disturbing activities.

Construction at this site is projected to last a total of three and one-half (3-1/2) months, with site
clearing and grading beginning in February 2019. Please note, this SWPPP has been prepared based
on these estimated construction dates. If the construction schedule is projected to be outside of
these dates, notify the SWPPP preparer immediately to determine the applicability of the SWPPP
requirements and amend the SWPPP and/or PRDs as necessary. This SWPPP will be maintained
and updated on-site throughout the construction process. Under the General Permit, this SWPPP
shall be available to the public. Upon request by members of the public, this SWPPP shall be made
available for review to either the Regional Water Board or directly to the requestor.
SECTION 1.4 - SWPPP AMENDMENTS

The General Permit requires that the SWPPP be amended or revised by a Qualified SWPPP
Developer (QSD) (General Permit Section XIV.A) and that the SWPPP include a listing of the date
of initial preparation and the date of each amendment. Amendments must be signed by a QSD
(General Permit Section VII.B.6).
The amendment records for this SWPPP are logged in Appendix C
