The QSP may delegate tasks to trained employees <br />provided adequate supervision and oversight is provided. <br />Personnel at the site shall receive training appropriate for individual roles and responsibilities on the <br />project. Appropriate personnel shall receive training on SWPPP implementation, BMP inspection <br />and maintenance, and record keeping. Document all training activities (formal and informal) and <br />retained a record of training activities in SWPPP Appendix I. Training documentation must also be <br />submitted in the Annual Report. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 - RESPONSIBLE PARTIES AND OPERATORS <br /> <br />SECTION 6.1 - RESPONSIBLE PARTIES <br /> <br />See page i for Responsible Parties Contact List. <br />SECTION 6.2 - CONTRACTOR LIST <br /> <br />The contractor shall list all subcontractors with the specific areas of responsibility and emergency <br />contact numbers of each subcontractor. The list is also required to include telephone numbers and <br />work addresses. The list shall be kept in Appendix J. <br />
