Order <br />2009-0009-DWQ amended by 2010-0014-DWQ & 2012-0006-DWQ <br /> 17 <br />rainfall erosivity factor for the new project duration and submit this <br />information through the SMARTS system. If the new R factor is below <br />five (5), the discharger shall update through SMARTS all applicable <br />information on the waiver certification and retain a copy of the revised <br />waiver onsite. The LRP shall submit the new waiver certification 30 <br />days prior to the projected completion date listed on the original waiver <br />form to assure exemption from permitting requirements is <br />uninterrupted. If the new R factor is five (5) or above, the LRP shall be <br />required to apply for coverage under this Order. <br /> <br />8. In the case of a public emergency that requires immediate construction <br />activities, a discharger shall submit a brief description of the <br />emergency construction activity within five days of the onset of <br />construction, and then shall submit all PRDs within thirty days. <br /> <br />C. Revising Permit Coverage for Change of Acreage or New Ownership <br /> <br />1. The discharger may reduce or increase the total acreage covered <br />under this General Permit when a portion of the site is complete and/or <br />conditions for termination of coverage have been met (See Section II.D <br />Conditions for Termination of Coverage); when ownership of a portion <br />of the site is sold to a different entity; or when new acreage, subject to <br />this General Permit, is added to the site. <br /> <br />2. Within 30 days of a reduction or increase in total disturbed acreage, <br />the discharger shall electronically file revisions to the PRDs that <br />include: <br /> <br />a. A revised NOI indicating the new project size; <br /> <br />b. A revised site map showing the acreage of the site completed, <br />acreage currently under construction, acreage sold/transferred or <br />added, and acreage currently stabilized in accordance with the <br />Conditions for Termination of Coverage in Section II.D below. <br /> <br />c. SWPPP revisions, as appropriate; and <br /> <br />d. Certification that any new landowners have been notified of <br />applicable requirements to obtain General Permit coverage. The <br />certification shall include the name, address, telephone number, <br />and e-mail address of the new landowner. <br /> <br />e. If the project acreage has increased, dischargers shall mail <br />payment of revised annual fees within 14 days of receiving the <br />revised annual fee notification. <br />
