<br />Former Pilkington North America Site 18 Health and Safety Plan <br /> EKI B90047.00 <br /> Minimize skin contact with soil and groundwater. <br /> Chemical protective gloves must be worn when handling contaminated or potentially <br />contaminated materials. <br /> If any electrically powered equipment is used on‐Site, it must be explosion‐proof where <br />explosion hazard exists and utilize a ground‐fault interrupter approved for outdoor use. <br /> Eye protection is required when engaged in or observing mechanical work. <br /> Used personal protective clothing, e.g., gloves and Tyvek, shall be disposed of by placing <br />them in a designated container. <br /> <br />Wash contaminated equipment before removing it from the Site or place contaminated <br />equipment in plastic bags for later decontamination.
