We received approval from the client to proceed with the next phase of <br />work at Cogen. Attached are 2 work plans (Site Assessment and an Addendum), their respective <br />conditional approval letters, and emails from the Board with final approval of the plans. <br />The scope is approximately 30 borings. How should I handle the permitting costs? Last time we paid <br />$152.00 flat.
