Troy Estacio - 5 - 2 June 2020 <br />Regional Water Board Conclusion <br />Staff of the Regional Water Board find that the actions completed to consolidate and stabilize <br />the wastes on-site, and the filing of a Land Use Covenant, mitigate any risks to groundwater or <br />surface water by the wastes remaining on-site.
