Do you want a couple of the plans?
They follow the same model that Gerald outlined a few years ago.
The material has to be characterized against regulated constituents and of course the size of the material has to comply
with the specification.
let me know if you want a copy of what I have seen so far.
Thank you
Sabra
________________________________________
From: Robert McClellon [EH] <RMcClellon@sjcehd.com>
Sent: Thursday, April 11, 2019 9:41 AM
To: Brian W. But because the
EHD staff did verify that glass waste still remains, extending north from the excavated area going toward the railroad
tracks, on April 9, 2019. There will be no clean closure letter issued by the EHD as long as glass waste remains onsite.
Robert

Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator REHS San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
