Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the <br />sender and know the content is safe. <br /> <br />Good Afternoon Robert, <br /> <br />The Regional Board has been investigating the Cogeneration facility adjacent to the former Pilkington North <br />America site in Lathrop. Our investigations encountered another unpermitted waste pit directly under the <br />former cogeneration plant, and found trace levels of PCBs. The pit is similar to the previously discovered <br />waste pits with primarily glass waste and diesel hydrocarbons. However, EPA has some specific rules for <br />investigation and cleanup of PCB sites. <br /> <br />We have a meeting with Carmen Santos of EPA this Monday to discuss the SJ Cogeneration site. Are you <br />interested in joining us? Are you interested in joining us?
