Staff have the reviewed the AdvancedGeo, Inc (AGI) email <br />response to comments submittal provided in the 13 March 2020 email below and concur that Item 1 addresses staff <br />comments regarding sampling for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). After discussing Item 2 with AGI, staff concur with <br />the revised proposal to sample for lead and dioxin/furans in waste when waste is found as well as collect a groundwater <br />sample from beneath the waste at these locations to verify whether groundwater is impacted. Please proceed to <br />implementation and provide email notification a minimum of 72-hours prior to the commencement of field work. <br />Thank You, <br />Ann M.
