Wastewater <br /> <br />The Wastewater Discharge Agreement between SJC and the Lathrop County Water District <br />(LCWD) is attached in Attachment H. As part of the Wastewater Discharge Agreement, SJC <br />submitted: <br /> <br />a) Monthly analysis of chemical oxygen demand and all monitoring conditions required <br />by the City of Manteca; <br />b) A log of wastewater flow rates. <br /> <br />Monthly wastewater summary reports for 2007 – 2016 and available analytical results are <br />in Attachment I, the period when HPH owned the facility. HPH does not have wastewater <br />records prior to 2007. <br /> <br />4. City of Manteca Industrial Waste Permit: The City of Manteca Industrial Waste Permit <br />is included in Attachment J. <br />5. The Wastewater Discharge Agreement with LCWD indicates that SJC receives water <br />from “various sources”. SJC received water from two (2) sources during the period of <br />2007 – 2016, the Libby Owens Ford (LOF) plant adjacent to SJC property and the City of <br />Lathrop. SJC did not source water from on-site wells during the period of 2007 – 2016. <br />6. Injection Well <br /> <br />The former injection well located in the southern portion of the site beneath a concrete slab <br />was not active while HPH operated the facility. The injection well was officially closed on <br />14 April 2003. Please see letter to USEPA Region 9 in Attachment K. HPH has included well <br />design details and closure documents for this well. HPH does not have installation or operating <br />documentation for the well. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
