24 May 2021
Project No. 14-3002

contamination and complete site characterization. All proposed borings should be
advanced to 20 feet bsg to locate any deeply buried waste.

Selected samples collected from the borings should be analyzed for PCBs, TPH and lead
in accordance with the analytical methods presented in Section 5.1. A site plan with
tentatively proposed boring locations is presented in Figure 24. Most of the borings would
be used to locate and identify waste. Samples would be collected from selected borings
for site characterization. AGI recommends the additional sampling be discussed with and
agreed to by the EPA, CVRWQCB and SJCEHD. Once a scope of work is agreed to, a
sampling and analysis plan should be prepared detailing the specifics of the scope of
work before work is planned and scheduled.

6.0. LIMITATIONS

Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings
were based upon field measurements and analytical results provided by an independent
laboratory. Evaluations of the hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this
investigation are made from a limited number of available data points (i.e., field data, soil,
waste, and groundwater samples) and subsurface conditions may vary away from these
data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional
interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
