4
I am writing to let you know that although I am available, our colleagues from the Waterboard and
County Health Department will not be able to make our meeting on Tuesday of next week. I am happy
to still meet at that time if you would like, otherwise we can push by one week (to Tuesday, July 20 at
either the same time or another time that works for you).

In looking over the CCR you sent previously, I realized that the dioxin/furan analysis you already
completed can also provide PCB congener data if requested from the laboratory without any additional
analysis (and presumably without additional cost?). Would you please request that information from the
laboratory and provide it to us? This will help us understand all 209 PCB congeners and the potential
presence of dioxin-like PCBs (e.g. PCB congener 126), which could impact our future decisions at the
site. I think it just makes good sense to see this data given that the actual analysis has already been
conducted.

Please let me know your preference on meeting at the original time (with just me) or rescheduling.

Regardless, I’m wishing you the best.
