23 August 2021
Project No. 14-3002
 Based on materials encountered in the trenches, field indications, or at the
direction of an onsite regulatory agency, additional samples for PCB and/or
dioxin/furans analysis will be collected from the trenches using the best
professional judgement of the onsite geologist or under the supervision of a
California Professional Geologist.

Soil and waste excavated from the trenches will be placed back into the trenches and tire-
compacted with the backhoe or excavator. Trench locations will be marked or staked to
identify the location and subsequently surveyed for GPS coordinates by a licensed
surveyor.

The proposed trenching locations are illustrated in Figure 2.

REPORT PREPARATION

Upon completion of the proposed field work, a site assessment/trenching report will be
prepared, summarizing this scope of work. Conclusions, applicable recommendations,
maps, cross-sections, and an updated conceptual site model will be included in the report,
if appropriate. The report will be in a format acceptable to CVRWQCB and will be
reviewed and signed by a California Professional Geologist.

If you have any questions or require further information, please contact our office at
(209) 467-1006.

Sincerely,

AdvancedGeo, Inc

________________________________
Brian W.
