Both Monitoring System Certification results for the top and bottom Veeder-Root console have <br /> "no" marked off in Section 5. for"All monitoring equipment is operational per manufacturer's <br /> specifications". For every item marked as a "no" or"fail" a proposed remedy should be noted in <br /> Section 9. In Section 9 for both Monitoring System Certification forms what the Veeder-Root <br /> console monitors is listed and does not address the "no" marked. <br /> 2. The alarm history for both Veeder-Root consoles are from 9/1/2022 and not on 8/30/2022,the <br /> date of the testing.
