All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the mop sink and restroom hand sink was 107 F and 90 F respectively. Provide hot and <br />cold water with hot water at 120 F minimum at the mop sink and 100 F minimum at the restroom hand sink. Correct today. <br />The wash detergent water in the 3 comp sink was 79 F. Keep animals outside of food facility to prevent contamination. <br />Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed open bags of sugar on storage shelf. Store food items in labeled containers once <br />bag/packaging is opened. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed some leakage from 3 comp sink onto floor, per owner that was due to overfilling the sink <br />compartments. Clean spillage today and repair as necessary to prevent leaking. <br />Observed dust build up on fan covers of 2 dr Leader display. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
