Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Remove cardboard today and provide <br />cleanable surface. <br />The hot water handle at the kitchen 3 comp sink did not work, it just spun around. Repair/replace handle within 1 week. <br />The control knobs for the range were missing or falling off. Repair/replace control knobs for range within 1 week. <br />Observed debris on all three exhaust hoods and on backsplash behind grill. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed damaged gaskets around doors of 2 dr Turbo Air reach-in. Replace gaskets within 2 weeks. <br />Observed ice accumulation of ceiling, shelf, and compressor pipe in walk-in freezer. Clean within 2 weeks and repair as <br />necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
