The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PARKWOODS GAS & FOOD as of September08, 2022. <br /> Open violations from May 17, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION A hazardous waste container was observed on-site with incomplete labeling . in the hazardous <br /> waste storage area, one black 55 gallon steel drum (full) containing fuel contaminated debris had a hazardous <br /> waste label that was illegible. The label was missing the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start <br /> date, contents, and the name and address of the generator. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
