RECEIVED ON 09/28/2022 VIA EMAIL (1 OF 6) <br />The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for PARKWOODS GAS & FOOD as of September08, 2022. <br />Open violations from May 17, 2022 inspection <br />Violation #110 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br />OBSERVATION The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br />years during the inspection for fuel contaminated liquid. Per work order 7150, Elite IV Contractors placed liquid in a <br />hazardous waste drum on 1/16/2022. The drum on site was empty. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 5/17/2019-511712022 for any <br />liquid hazardous waste generated by the facility. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the <br />EHD within 30 days. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date: <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: ' (& <br />jv Zz,k <br />� ec_--1 <br />hrN L Pu -G L &/\ <br />" <br />Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute 1 extremely). <br />OBSERVATION The following hazardous waste container was found on-site with no accumulation start date: <br />-One black 55 gallon drum (full) containing fuel contaminated debris <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
