COMPLAINANT <br /> RECEIVED 12 CANS OF SPROUTS BRAND PROBIOTIC SPARKLING WATER MANGO FLAVOR. COMPLAINANT <br /> STATES THAT THE WATER HAD A WEIRD TASTE TO IT AND WHEN THEY READ THE BACK OF THE CAN THEY <br /> DISCOVERED THAT THE LABEL SAID IT MAY CONTAIN TRACE AMOUNTS OF ALCOHOL BELOW 0.5%ABV. <br /> COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED THAT THEY ARE GIVING THIS OUT TO FAMILIES AND A CHILD MAY CONSUME <br /> THIS. <br /> *PICTURE ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> On site to conduct complaint investigation. Per Jimmy Garza(Warehouse Manager), he was unaware of the complaint prior to <br /> this investigation. Jimmy Garza unaware that Sprouts Organic Mango Probiotic Sparkling Water may contain alcohol. Product <br /> will be discarded if received in the future. Product was not on site at the time of the inspection. Alcohol is not accepted as <br /> donations or given out at this facility.
