The approval shall only be for gasoline sales and an accessory <br /> convenience store. The approval does not include automotive <br /> repair. <br /> b. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> C. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> d.
