The existing width and profile of Hansen Road shall be improved using a <br /> Traffic index of 8.0 from the southerly right of way fine of the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad to the beginning of the concrete bridge across the California <br /> Aqueduct. <br /> Hansen Road shall be improved to County Standards for a 60-foot right of <br /> way, local industrial road across the frontage of A.P,N. 209-110-10 and <br /> A.P.N. 209.230-21 . The improvements shall be designed using a Traffic <br /> index of 8.0 from the south line of the concrete bridge across the California <br /> Aqueduct to the southerly line of A.P.N. 209' -110-10 and a Traffic index of <br /> 6.0 from the southerly line of A.P.N. 209-110-10 to the southerly line of <br /> A.P.N. 209-230-21 . <br /> 2.
