CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTION FOR SA-93-50 PALLET RECYCLERS Revision of Approved Action Application and Time Extension for Site Approval Application No.SA-93- 50 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on October 10, 1995. The effective date of approval Is October 20, 1995. This approval will expire on December 31, 1995, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain In force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the Issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been Identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may apply. 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Time Extension and a Revision of Approved Actions for approved Site Approval No. SA-93-50. b. TIME EXTENSION: The Time Extension for Site Approval No. SA-93-50 is approved subject to the following: (1) The new expiration date is December 31, 1995. (2) If road work is not completed by October 31, 1995, a bond for the remaining road work shall be posted by the applicant to ensure that the roadwork is completed prior to December 31, 1995. 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Tom Iwamiya, 468-3023) a. REVISION OF APPROVED ACTIONS: The Revision of Approved Actions for Site Approval No. SA-93-50 is approved to make the following revisions to Public Works Conditions of Approval Nos. 1, 5 and 11 only: (1) Hansen Road shall be improved to County Standards for a Rural Residential Road (24 feet wide) using a Traffic index of 8.0 from the northerly right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad to the north line of APN 209-110-10. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[a]) Hansen Road shall be improved to County Standards for a 60-foot right-of-way, local industrial road across the frontage of APN 209-110-10 and APN 209-230-21. The improvements shall be designed using a Traffic index of 8.0 from the south line of the concrete bridge across the California Aqueduct to the southerly line of APN 209-110-10 and a Traffic index of 6.0 from the southerly line of APN 209-110- 10 to the southerly line of APN 209-230-21.
