Timing: Inclusion of note on the Final Map approved by CDD prior to Final Map approval, <br /> and inclusion of note on deed prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 20. Interior Noise Levels: Interior noise levels for housing proposed to be located in areas <br /> exposed to an exterior noise level of an Ldn above 60 dB shall be maintained at or below <br /> an Ldn of 45 dB. [SPIT Implementation Measure 11.2.1 (4)] <br /> Timing: Compliance verified prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> 21. Locations and Heights of Berms: The applicant shall construct a berm on the north <br /> side of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way in Neighborhood J, as shown in Figure <br /> 5.11-2 of the Mountain House Specific Plan 11 Initial Study. The berm shall be 8 feet in <br /> height relative to the rear yards of the closest homes. <br /> Timing: Improvement plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to the first Final Map <br /> approval. <br /> 22. Construction Noise: The following measure shall be implemented during construction: <br /> ■ Construction shall be restricted to the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays. <br /> Extended hours which may include Saturdays and Sundays may be allowed through <br /> prior notice to adjacent residents and landowners, and prior approval of the MHCSD <br /> for infrastructure construction and CDD for building permits. <br /> • All internal combustion engines shall be equipped with exhaust mufflers that are in <br /> good condition and appropriate for the equipment. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of the above measures as notes on Improvement Plans approved by <br /> CDD and MHCSD prior to Final Map approval. <br /> GEOLOGY AND SOILS <br /> 23. Seismic Safety: The applicant shall comply with the applicable provisions of the MHCSD <br /> Emergency Preparedness Plan. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps. [SPII Implementation Measure 6.8.3 (1)] <br /> 24. Geotechnical Investigation Recommendations: The applicant shall follow the <br /> recommendations of the following geotechnical investigations: <br /> a.. Geotechnical Engineering Study, Neighborhood 1, Mountain House, California, <br /> prepared in April of 2004 by Condor Earth Technologies; <br /> b. Geotechnical Engineering Study, Neighborhood J, Mountain House, California, <br /> prepared in April of 2004 by Condor Earth Technologies; <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps, and the incorporation of all recommendations of the geotechnical <br /> engineering studies into site preparation and construction of each dwelling prior to <br /> approval of building permits.
