Pre-Construction Safeguards. Prior to any construction, appropriate plans, operating <br /> procedures and safeguards shall be undertaken to insure safety in the area of fuel lines <br /> and pipelines, consistent with the MHCSD Emergency Preparedness Plan (see <br /> Emergency Pipelines Safety Plan). [SPIT Implementation Measure 6.8.1 (1)] <br /> 31. Weber-Herdlyn Line Relocation.
